TGP Consultants was founded by Troy Gipson, a former Senior Government Property Manager and Internal Auditor with 35 + years of experience working within the US Aerospace and Defense industry. Gipson is recognized as an industry expert in the field of Government Contract Property Management. Prior to his private consulting business, Gipson served in several Senior Property Management positions with Boeing, Ball Aerospace, and a private Department of State Contractor from 1989 until 2014. Since becoming an independent consultant, Gipson has led TGP Consultants in consulting with Fortune 100 corporations and privately owned companies. He is a longtime member of the National Property Management Association (NPMA) and has contributed to the advancement of the property profession through professional leadership and educational training.
