Leadership Team

John Blubaugh serves as Vice President of Contracts for TGP Consultants. John has over 25 years of experience in Government Contracting and has served in Senior Management leadership roles with several major U.S. Government Contractors, including Boeing and Lockheed, and served as Vice President of Contracts for All Points Logistics from 2011 through 2015. John holds a B.S. Degree in Business Management from Florida. He is a member of the National Property Management Association, the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), and the Aerospace Industries Association. John leads TGP Consultants on all major contract proposals and new business. He also serves as the primary interface with NASA and the Space Launch industry. John is based out of Cocoa Beach, Florida, his hometown. He and his family have a long-time association with the area and the community, and he worked at the Kennedy Space Center for many years and continues to maintain longstanding relationships with KSC and Cape Canaveral.
